Shipping policy

Shipping destinations
We currently ship to Slovenia, Germany, and Switzerland.

We're gradually adding more countries within Europe. If you'd like us to ship
to your country, drop us a message and we'll tell you whether it's possible
and when.

Shipping terms

Slovenia:
Shipping costs (including VAT) — €3.90 per order
Free shipping from €75
Delivery time: 1–3 working days (plus any processing time stated in the
product description).

Germany:
Shipping costs (including VAT) — €4.90 per order
Free shipping from €75
Delivery time: 3–5 working days (plus any processing time stated in the
product description).
!!! Free samples are usually sent by post, delivery time 5–8 days.

Switzerland:
Shipping costs — €8.90 per order
Free shipping from €75
Delivery time: 5–8 working days (plus any processing time stated in the
product description).

Please note that there is no delivery on Sundays and public holidays.
If you have ordered items with different delivery times, we will ship them in
one shipment unless agreed otherwise. In that case the delivery time is
determined by the item with the longest delivery time you have ordered.

Customs and import charges
Orders delivered to Switzerland may be subject to import duties, VAT, or
customs clearance fees. These are set by Swiss customs, are not included in
your order total, and are payable by the recipient upon delivery.
